2. Hilchos Melichah
(The Laws of Salting)

Rinsing meat before and after salting, the correct procedure for salting, dealing with issues that rise during salting, and other discussions.
3. Hilchos Ma’achalei Aku”m
(The Laws of Foods of Non-Jews)

Forbidden foods, steps to be taken to permit such foods. Includes discussions on pas aku"m, bishul aku”m, chalav aku”m, gevinas aku”m, and other discussions.
4. Hilchos Ta’aruvos
